Application Example: Carbon separator material for battery cells of every kind
Shape: Rib shape
Feature: Its compactness does not let the gas permeate it. It is also lightweight.

Properties: Good electrical conductivity, HIgh mechanical resistance, Temperature resistance, Corrosion resistance

Application Example: Etching Electrode：Shower Head (For sputtering), Susceptor, End effector for robots, among others
Shape: We are able to supply this material in various geometries.
Feature: ・Due to the higher electric conductivity, the material does not charge up reducing the risk of a static discharge.
・Parts using this material have a long life cycle.
・Better machinability when compared with SiC and other ceramic materials.
・Good thermal conductivity: 6～60w/m･k
・Coeficient of thermal expansion very similar to silicon（3x10-61/℃）
・Particle free
・Thermal stability（Oxydizing atmosphere: ～400℃, therefore superior to plastics）
・Low content of metallic contamination
・High elastic modulus, low density.
