Please note

• Since our ink is designed with importance on preservability, it is very difficult to erase the ink adhering to clothing and furniture.
• Consultation to a cleaning shop or a repair specialty shop is also often "It will not disappear completely and the color becomes light" in many cases.

In case you remove the ink yourself

• Please note that how to erase depends on the type of ink.

b-1) PA, PIN, PNA

• In case writing on cloth
  Put the cloth under the bottom so as not to spread the ink part, take off the stain by disinfecting alcohol from the top. (It will not disappear completely and the color becomes light.)

• In case writing on glass, metal, plastic
  Include disinfectant alcohol in cloth or tissue, wipe off.

b-2) PAINT MARKER (PX)

• In case writing on cloth
  After drawing lines dry, put the cloth under the bottom so as not to spread the ink part, take off the stain by disinfecting alcohol from the top. (It will not disappear completely and the color becomes light.)

• In case writing on glass, metal, plastic
  Include disinfectant alcohol in cloth or tissue, wipe off.

b-3) Whiteboard Maker (PWB)

• In case writing on cloth
  Put the cloth under the bottom so as not to spread the ink part, take off the stain by disinfecting alcohol from the top. (It will not disappear completely and the color becomes light.)

• In case writing on glass, metal, plastic
  Wipe it off with a tissue etc. If it becomes difficult to erase, include disinfectant alcohol in cloth or tissue, wipe off.

• When you want to clean the whiteboard surface
  Wipe the board surface with a towel etc.
